Shipping
We ONLY ship to UK (Excludes Channel Islands). Our customers are FREE to select any prefered RoyalMail shipping options from £0.95 per delivery. We always aim to post within 1 working days (shipping period varies according to the chosen shipping method). However if the item is not in stock (there will be 'Out of Stock' message in your Shopping Cart), there may be a delay as we may have to order in for you.
If for some reason there is going to be any kind of delay with your order we will always contact you by email. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us at orders@misstop.co.uk.
We will email you when your order has been dispatched.
Returns
To fully satisfy our customers, we offer a refund (excludes shipping fee) on all online purchases returned in the condition in which they were sold within 14 days, and offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days*. Please quote your order number with your return(s) to fast return procedure.
If you are not satisfied with your goods please return them together with the receipt within 14 days to**;

* Items can be only exchanged for items to the same value or more. Shipping costs will apply.
** Goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. Royal Mail may reject any package that is not adequately wrapped. We at MISSTOP advise you to return your goods by 'signed for' as it is not our responsibility if a returned item is lost through the post. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof you have sent the package. (The Post Office do not charge for issuing such certificates)
